Making a difference

The UK has seen a lot of change over the last ten years, in terms of equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.

Change that has involved organisations like us lobbying the government and petitioning public figures.

Change has also come from sitting down with local businesses and organisations, as well as their customers and employees, to help them understand LGB&T diversity workplace requirements.

But encouraging change isn’t all about campaigning; it’s also about raising awareness of LGB&T life for people in the street, creating partnerships with the wider, non-LGB&T community and celebrating diversity itself.

The funding, help and volunteers we receive help us do all this and much more.
